LAST SESSION OF SEASON BEGINS APRIL 5th AT 7:30PM!!!
The K Street Orchestra is an adult late -starters string orchestra that primarily consists of non-professional adult beginning and intermediate string players.
Many of our members played in primary or high school and picked back up later in life, or began learning a stringed instrument as an adult student. The K Street Orchestra was started in 2006 by Krystyna Taylor, for beginning adult students to get a chance to play in an ensemble which is fun, slow paced and informative with one concert per season.
This is a great opportunity to meet and play with other adult learners in an orchestral setting, while experiencing the reward of being part of a great large ensemble. No previous orchestral experience required. We encourage anyone who played violin, viola, cello or double bass to join us in our new season.
