A journalist who worked as a news media and congressional relations specialist for the U.S. Department of the Interior in California, Arizona, and Washington, D.C. for more than a decade before becoming the communications leader for Honeywell’s Global Business Services in their southwest region. Today, she enjoys her role as a wife and mother. She is an active volunteer and has served as the President of the St. Ignatius School Parent Club, the communications advocate for their Advisory Council, and is currently the Chair of the St. Ignatius Parish Advancement Committee. Her 14 year-old son, Alex, has been playing classical guitar since the age of seven. He is a member of the Sacramento Guitar Society and performs
locally, donating all of his tips to the Sacramento Music Preparatory Academy’s “Guitar Project” program, which provides free guitars and lessons to kids in need.. Alex has been given the unique opportunity to intern with the SMPA, and it is through Alex’s passion for music that Tina has become involved as the Secretary for the SMPA’s Board of Directors.
